Adrienne was born November 22nd 2002 in Navarre Florida. She joined our family in Fort Walton Beach, Florida when she was 8 weeks old.
What a joy she brought to our family
Kristinn and Adrienne
Rocky and Adrienne became best friends right away, they would sleep and play together all the time
When Snotra and then Spurðann arrived, she loved both of them, although Spurðann became her new buddy and she played with him all the time when Rocky wasn't available for playtime.
When we moved to Ohio, she had the big backyard to play and spend outdoors. She would love to watch the birds and the squirrel and sometimes spend hours outside just watching the wildlife or taking a nap in the sun.
She didn't like the snow much and stayed inside on colder days.

The whole gang together at the park
Spurðann loved his little Adrienne, was always looking out for her. She loved going with us to the park, and be with the pack, even on the colder days. She would run the fastest of all the dogs,
no one came even close to get her when she started running.
no one came even close to get her when she started running.
Even though she didn't like the snow much, it didn't stop her to go with us out to play.
She was always so happy and healthy, even as she got older she was still, running, playing and jumping like a puppy, such a wonderful little girl that everybody loved.
It was hard to believe it when she all of a sudden got ill and started to show her age and getting dementia.
It happened so fast, we didn't really have time to prepare ourselves.

We still can't believe our little wonderful girl is gone.
One last hug, one last kiss goodbye
You no longer greet me, as I walk through the door. You are not there to make me smile, to make me laugh anymore. Life seems quiet without you. You were far more than a pet, you were a family member, a friend a loving soul I'll never forget. It will take time to heal, for the silence to go away. I still listen for you and miss you every day. You were such a great companion, constant, loyal and true, my heart will always wear the paw prints left by you.
